Fully-restored 1850s German Home in Downtown NB |B

This is the back unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Second Story Treehouse I 5 min to Gruene

Enjoy the forest views from the private balcony. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.

Great Location, newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Comal River sleeps 7 (during peak season); sleeps 4 (during off-peak season). Master bedroom has a queen and day trundle bed (2 singles). Second bedroom has a king sized bed and living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. Direct river access with two neighboring tubing outfitters this great condo is just a couple blocks off the downtown square.
