Welcome to our coastal retreat, West Quay House has got everything, spacious living space, central location, top quality fittings and furnishings, and a breathtaking view. West Quay House offers stunning uninterrupted views across the ever changing seascape of the rivers Taw and Torridge estuary as they meet the Atlantic. The view is dynamic as the tide rises and falls bringing the sea to within 2m of the house at high tide and revealing the estuary rocks and sands at low tide.

The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
