Just a short stroll from the cafes, restaurants and quaint shops of Olinda village, The Maples is ideally located to explore the stunning nearby Botanical Gardens and bushwalking trails. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of wine on your private deck, curled up by the fire or relaxing in your high back bath.

Our rustic barn is the perfect place to stay while adventuring through the Mount Dandenong Ranges. After a long day of riding puffing billing or walking the many bush trails you’ll be met with a warm and inviting space that offers a full kitchen, large seating area in front of the fireplace, a large dining area, a deck surrounded by greenery and a characterful bathroom to warm up and refresh. The first bedroom is situated on a mezzanine level with the second small bedroom nestled underneath.

Clare Cottage

Located in Sassafras, Clare Cottage is the perfect forest retreat for exploring the Dandenong Ranges. Relax in the giant spa bath or read a book on the back deck overlooking the tree ferns. Enjoy a romantic night in with a home cooked meal in the full kitchen (oven, gas stove top, microwave). Star gaze by the outdoor fire pit in summer or snuggle by the indoor fireplace listening to a record in winter. Both bedrooms have top of the range bedding and offer stunning tree top views.

Set on a six-acre property atop the State Forest Victoria. Private balconies are perched on the edge of a cool ecosystem with towering ferns and forest views. Glasshouse is available to hire for micro weddings, elopements, proposals and birthdays for an additional cost.

Relax and reconnect with nature in our lovely cottage in the woods. Minutes from Kallista and Grant's picnic grounds in the heart of the Sherbrooke forest. We offer private forest views within walking distance to the Sassafras-Monbulk hiking trail. Great spot to take time out and plan some local adventures. Perfect for couples, though we do offer a second fold-out bed for a third adult or child and can provide a single sized bed for a second child on request.
