Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει θέα στη Σάρτη και στο όρος Δραγουδέλι.

Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβάτια αντίστοιχα. Ευρύχωρο και σύγχρονο σαλόνι-κουζίνα και μπαλκόνι με θέα θάλασσα καθώς και ιδιωτική θέση στάθμευσης. Η ακτή διαθέτει επιλογές εστίασης, σούπερ μάρκετ, water sports και σχολή καταδύσεων σε απόσταση που καλύπτεται με τα πόδια.

Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.

The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.

House Elea is a unique summer house of 35sq.m with a large private garden of about 1500sq.m. full of olive trees.
