Semi detached, small rural casa, with nearby small farms and close to orange / avocado plantations. 30 minutes to Faro airport and 25 minutes to nearest beach. 5 minutes to closest town. A small 'welcome pack' for our guests on arrival, comprising of bread, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables, tea, coffee, etc., and a small amount of washing-up liquid, detergent, toilet roll, shampoo, BBQ charcoal, so no rush to local supermarket immediately upon arrival. A charming old house from 1951 built in the traditional way with thick natural stone walls and wooden windows. Recently renovated with the aim of keeping the original charme and combine it with high standards of comfort. The house is fully insulated, and has floor heating in the bathroom and vanity area. The interior is modern and minimalistic. Due to the traditional way of building the house keeps cold during the day and warm at night. It also has a very spacious outside area.
