The cabin is equipped with linens/towels and most everything you need to cook a meal., just bring groceries and personal items. This cabin is also handicap accessible. The Wounded Warrior Cabin is located near the "Tail of the Dragon," Cherokee NC, NOC, Fontana Village and many other family-friendly activities. A trout stream runs along the front of the cabin and overlooks the mountains. There are 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a game room, wrap around porch, and laundry room. It is close to Lake Santeetlah, making this cabin a perfect getaway for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families w/kids, large groups and is dogs friendly.

Tucked into a deciduous forest, it's the perfect place to escape to the wilderness. The Hemlock cabin was built with locally sourced wood such as Hemlock and Wormy Chestnut harvested on property. Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.
