apartment with a big veranda with seaview. Surrounded by a large garden with flowers .It's far 800 meters from the centre of Tropea and from the beach.From the seaview veranda you can enjoy amazing sunsets drinking a good glass of wine with a special person. big free parking and big enclosed garden . At 300 mt there is a big supermarket IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A CAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO WALKSIDE. It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax in cash. Cost: € 1,50 per day per person.

Freshly renovated, this charming self-catering terraced house (villetta a schiera) is part of a small complex, offering stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, open from June to September. The nearest beach, Santa Maria, is just 800 meters downhill, where you'll find seaside bars and restaurants. The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy open-plan living room and kitchen, an outdoor patio and a garden.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

The apartment is placed in the heart of the center of Tropea at the ground floor of a building of notable historical merit and in one of the most famous place in the town (Piazza Galluppi). Ideal for couples and/or families with children. The apartment is carefully cleaned before each entry and bed linen and towels are provided. For all this there is an additional cost to be paid upon entry: Cleaning and check-in €60, linen €10 per person.

Stupendo appartamento in stile Cubano situato a 800 metri sia dal mare che dal centro di Tropea la casa è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale un bagno una veranda con cucina ed un immenso giardino dove si possono fare barbecue o prendersi il sole senza alcun disturbo, c'è anche il posto auto coperto. può ospitare 2 persone massimo 3 ed è munita di tutti i confort.
