It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

A unique, tranquil and authentic Slovenian experience with some modern style. Soul to reset. A cute studio in a beautiful peaceful generational farm. Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet ein sicherer Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tretfahrzeugen und einiges mehr für eine unbeschwerte Zeit abseits von Trubel und Lärm. Radfahrer haben direkten Anschluß an das Radwegnetz. Erholsame entspannende Waldspaziergänge direkt vom Haus weg lassen deine Seele aufatmen.

Diese gut geschnittene 50m² Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb der Weinstadt Leibnitz, in der Südsteiermark. Genauer gesagt in einem ruhigen kleinen Dorf. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Das Stadtzentrum Leibnitz ist zirka 15 min entfernt, die südsteirische Weinstraße zirka 30 min und zur Autobahn sind es lediglich 5 min. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen um eine schöne Zeit in der Südsteiermark zu verbringen.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.
