A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
