Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Agia Efimia is only 5 minutes. Myrtos beach is just 5 km from Mirtula House. You can find a traditional taverna 50 metres away.
