Within walking distance you can find Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakery, Supermarket and everything that will make your vacations enjoyably and relaxing. Very close to the house are the most famous sightseeing of Kefalonia, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach and the very beautiful Agia Efimia village.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. Our ground floor apartment is located in a very quiet neighborthood at Sami (24km away from Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia) and can accommodates up to 6 people. It covers an area of 130m2, has 3 air conditioned bedrooms; two of them with double beds and the other one with two single beds , 2 bathrooms (one comes with a bathtub and the other one is a wc), a large air conditioned living -dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely little garden at the front balcony.
