This studio apartment is located on the coast of prince Domagoj only 50 meters from the sea and the pebble beach. The location itself is extremely interesting for guests because in the vicinity there are many top restaurants, cocktail bars, promenades by the sea, the tourist center Falkensteiner with many facilities ..... Studio apartment is located on the first floor with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the city of Zadar. On the terrace there is a place to sit and enjoy the view of the sea and the beautiful sunset. This studio apartment has in one space a small kitchen with all the necessary things, such as, microwave, kettle, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dining table. There is a double bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and free toilets. The apartment has secured parking. The apartment is 3.8 km from the old town center, which is rich in cultural and historical monuments. From the apartment to the city center you can walk to the center with the help of the unique Zadar barcariole which stands daily on the dock of Prince Trpimir and daily transports tourists to the peninsula by small wooden boat to shorten the way to the center of the old Zadar peninsula. Barkarijol is a trademark of the city of Zadar that defies all weather conditions and transports tourists or residents of the city of Zadar to the old peninsula every day.

Apartment is situaded in a bay near Sali but not so far away, less then 10 min.walking. in front 10 meters is a very nice place for swiming, you will enjoy an amazing panorama and quite ambient. Im looking forward to be your host. As Sali is quite small, we do not have too many roads here, our adress is called Sali IV 43. Unfortunaly this adress can not be found on Airbnb data base, but the arrow on the Picture is showing the actual adress. If you have problems finding the apartment, just call!

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.
