BEACH HOUSE • Oasis • 50m to Dream Beach

Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

The two wooden houses, are set in a tranquil cork and eucalyptus environment. You´ll be rewarded by green grounds. The air is beautifully scented by the trees. As soon as you arrive, “the final 600 meters are on an unpaved road, typical for the Algarve countryside,easily accessible with a regular car and part of the boho, slow-living experience” you can go for a swim in the azure pool or read a book on your terrace. As serene as you could hope to find, yet an easy drive from wonderfull beaches.

Casa "Torta"

"A Casinha Torta" is located in the oldest part of the village of Raposeira. The walls that survived the 1755 earthquake were preserved and renovated with soul and dedication in a rustic style. During the renovation we found a doorbell from the 12th-14th century, which makes the history of this little house even more interesting. The beaches of both the south and west coasts are 5 km away. There is the possibility to accommodate 2 more people 5 meters from your house.

A casa é composta por um Rés do Chão com sala de estar e jantar e uma cozinha. O primeiro andar tem dois quartos de dormir um com cama de casal e o outro com uma cama mais pequena, suficiente para um adulto ou duas crianças e um WC com duche. Por fim temos o segundo andar com outro quarto de casal, mais uma cozinha completa, um WC com duche e uma pequena varanda com mesa e cadeiras com vista directa e privilegiada da praia. Villa in Salema, very spacious & secluded, with private pool. Set in 3 acres (12,000m2) of gardens but just 1km from Salema beach and fishing village, it is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Out of season, it is the perfect place for a winter-sun getaway with families or friends, under one roof with space for everyone - we have 2 wood burners, electric stone heaters and other heaters to ensure that you are warm whatever the weather.

Ideal para umas férias de puro descanso, a Villa Nini, fica a 1 minuto da praia, tem uma vista fantástica do quarto e da sala. Casa, remodelada em 2022. Villa Nini, encontra-se numa pequena localidade piscatória, entre o campo e o mar, fica numa rua tranquila e está a 2 minuto de bares e restaurantes. Tem uma pequena sacada, 1 wc (chuveiro fixo 1,80 e chuveiro móvel 1,90) e 1 sala com cozinha no R/c, no 2º andar tem a zona de dormir.

O meu espaço fica perto de A casa Amarelinha fica localizada a 40 metros da praia, praia esta com águas muito limpas, vigiada, acessível a cadeira de rodas, primeiros socorros e com bandeira azul, optima para actividades em família, passeios pedestres, actividades aquáticas ou até mesmo uma partidinha de Golf. Existem supermercados, loja de lembranças, quiosque, bares e esplanadas. Todos são bem vindos.
