Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

Notre chambre d'hôtes, contigüe à notre maison, est située au coeur de la campagne normande. Elle se trouve près de Villedieu-les-Poêles, Granville, Avranches et du Mont-Saint-Michel. Vous aurez à votre disposition, en plus de la chambre et de la salle de bain, une pièce à vivre privative avec cuisine équipée et un jardin avec barbecue et salon de jardin. Ce logement peut être loué à la nuitée 65€ pour 2 personnes avec petit-déjeuner ou à la semaine 400€ sans petit-déjeuner.

"Chez nous, vous êtes chez vous". Le logement est confortable, cosy, et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé. Vous pouvez profiter du jardin fleuri en fonction de la saison, ainsi que des terrasses. Quiétude après vos ballades. Vous aurez l'impression d'être à la campagne, tout proche du centre d'Avranches, petite bourgade agréable,riche d'histoire liée au Mont Saint Michel. Villa individuelle au bord de la Grève, n'ayant comme vis-à-vis que le Mt-St-Michel et Tombelaine... Sérénité et repos assurés ! Genêts est l'endroit incontournable pour faire la mythique traversée de la Baie. Le GR223 part en contre bas de la maison : à gauche vers le Mont et à droite vers Granville.

'Le Petit Lapin' is a private 'boutique' cottage next to my farmhouse in the small Breton village of Sains. Its exposed beams and stone walls reveal its rural character, but it has all the modern amenities as well as ecological credentials (heat pump & solar panels) and its own large terrace.
