With a heated 16×4m saltwater pool, a 472 sqm sun-drenched terrace, and private woodland to explore, this haven is perfect for nature lovers, couples, and families alike! Situé au coeur du centre historique de Sarlat dans la célèbre rue Montaigne, dans une maison datant du Moyen Âge rénovée en 2020 en valorisant au maximum son patrimoine (pierre, parquets), l'appartement de 64 m2 propose une terrasse et une vue exceptionnelle sur la Cathédrale St Sacerdos et les jardins des Enfeux. Venez passer un séjour dans notre magnifique gîte "La Truffière" avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et notre truffière! Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

Idéalement placé au coeur du village de la Roque-Gageac, au pied des falaises et au bord de la Dordogne, vous bénéficiez de vues agréables. Le logement est composé d'une cuisine équipée, d'un grand salon avec un accès sur une terrasse privative de 25m2, de deux chambres, d'une salle de bain et d'un WC séparé.

La terrasse couverte vous permettra d'apprécier vos repas à l'extérieur. Vous pourrez profiter d'Avril à Octobre de notre jacuzzi 4 places attenant à la terrasse. Les commerces de proximité et restaurants se trouvent à quelques minutes. La distribution du chalet ne permet pas l'accueil des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Adults only gites in the magical golden triangle. Imagine waking up to the sound of the church bells and in the evening the hot air balloons majestically owning the skies. Centrally located in the village of Daglan is Le Clos de Paradis gites and chambre d’hote. The tourist office is next door and there are 2 amazing restaurants and a creperie just along the street. Take a stroll to the river with a picnic or stray further afield to explore the many chateaux and markets.

Jacque’s studio

Newly created studio. Situated in a quiet village on a small walnut farm. Sits below sister Gite of Jacques. The village of saint Cybranet is in the heart of the Périgord Noir région. Most of the regions main attractions are within 5 minutes drive. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the ceou river for swimming and picnics or the river Dordogne is only a five minutes drive too. Breakfast is available on request at an extra cost.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
