Three double and a single bedroom property with ample parking for up to 8 cars or boat .Double garage .Plenty of outdoor space for cleaning mountain bikes and children's play.They can enjoy a treasure hunt while you settle in.! Lovely kent fireplace for winter warmth with free firewood and sunroom. Nice private covered deck for evening entertaining. Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
