Cà Genesia. House with terrace, laundry and bikes

Traditional Venetian house in the historic center from the early 1900s completely renovated in 2023. The house is equipped with every comfort, wifi, TV in every room, bathroom with huge shower, laundry and 3 bicycles for free use. Convenient location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

San Lorenzo Canal view

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized. I also own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
