As evening falls gather around the firepit w/loved ones, take a dip in the secluded hot tub, or enjoy incredible stargazing views. Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Self check-in and private parking onsite (see check-in map for directions to private parking). Located in a very safe & friendly village. •NO animals allowed!

Home sits on an acre in country. No hunting on property so you will see deer in back when grilling. Large u-driveway to accommodate vehicles with boats or trailer. W/D, AC, propane grill, firepit. House near Hanover between Newark & Zanesville. Roku TV in living room and master. Games available. Dillion, Muskingum River is 12 miles east & Buckeye Lake 20 miles west. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

Welcome to The Settle. A restored log house nestled on the edge of Appalachia, The Settle offers an "elegant rustic retreat" less than an hour drive from many attractions including the Hocking Hills and Buckeye Lake. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
