Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

The place opens to a beautiful backyard garden of the house with a brick stairway leading to the front. This place is ideal for young solo travelers, looking for a private, peaceful, and well-appointed space. Whether you're visiting for business, sightseeing, or a quiet escape, this secluded place combines location convenience and privacy.

You also have your own private patio & you will be able to reserve 2-hours a day in our backyard pool & pavilion area, based on availability.

If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
