The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The boat has a living room with a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed, a kitchen, a separate bed room, an office, and a bath room with shower

This 104m2, 1930's apartment has spacious social areas with beautiful light admission, two full sized bedrooms, whereof 1 with a king size bed and 1 with a luxury sofabed.
