Det är 5 minuter gångavstånd till tågstationen Östervärn och endast 40 meter ifrån busshållplats till Malmö central. Boendet har egen ingång vilket ger er möjlighet att komma och gå som ni önskar. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds.
