Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Rénovée entièrement cette année, totalement climatisée. Au rez-de- chaussée, un joli salon, une cuisine dinatoire toute équipée, buanderie. A l'étage, 2 chambres (lits 180 ou Twins 2X90 ) avec chacune leur salle de bain attenante avec douche italienne et toilettes. Le linge de maison est fourni, draps, serviettes de bain et piscine.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

2-room apartment in a Provencal farmhouse

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

"La Maison aux Oliviers" est un petit mas de charme de 90m2, climatisé, indépendant et situé sur une ancienne oliveraie, au calme dans un jardin paysager offrant une belle piscine privative chauffée et sécurisée. Son large auvent offre la possibilité de vivre à l'extérieur à l'abri du soleil et du vent (mistral). Proche du centre historique, du marché local et des commerces (à pied), elle est parfaitement équipée pour le télétravail (Fibre haut débit)

Appartement voûté de 120 m2 composé d'une cuisine ouverte sur salle à manger et salon, de 2 grandes chambres attenantes, avec salle de bain et salle d'eau (chacune avec WC) et d'une cour privative. Situé dans le cœur d'un village au bord des garrigues, proche du pont du Gard (15mn gare TGV Nîmes Pont du Gard, 20mn des Arènes de Nîmes, 25mn Uzès, 45mn camargue et plages). Accès à la piscine des propriétaires de début Mai à fin Septembre.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
