'The Stable'

'The Stable' is newly extended and renovated space which has it's own entrance and separate patio. It is in a great location - only one mile from Romsey which has a variety of things to do and great places to eat. Julie and Ian can be around to give you advice on the area, having lived in Romsey for 30 years or, if you prefer, this is the place to just come, relax and enjoy without any interruptions. it has a lounge, bedroom and shower room. NB. You cannot walk into Romsey as road is too fast

In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Perfect for classic car enthusiasts and car events at Beaulieu & Goodwood. Romsey town, the Abbey and all the delights that Romsey has to offer is a 5 minute walk. A 10 minute drive to Peppa Pig World & Paultons Park and 20 minutes to the New Forest and 35 minutes to the coast. Close to Train and Bus stations for visits to attractions further afield.

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Our cottage is just inside the New Forest national park in a quiet, rural location easy to access from the M27 or the A36, and a 10-minute stroll to Paultons Park. Private parking and a spacious garden. There are many places to visit locally and some lovely walks nearby in the New Forest. The easy access to main roads means Southampton is only 20 minutes away, Winchester 25 minutes, Salisbury 25 minutes and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth only a 30-minute drive.
