I welcome professional workers, holidaymakers, people visting relatives and friends. You will have exclusive use of my home whilst I am away. Large bedroom (double bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds). Full use of modern kitchen/equipment, with your own drawer space, fridges, living room, bathroom & garden. Good access to Sunderland, Durham, Newcastle, local restaurants, cafes. Bus links in walking distance. Ideal for enjoying the North East events/arts/glass collecting/swim on Seaham beach.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.
