Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. È un luogo che accoglie, calma e invita a ritrovare tempo e spazio per sé e per chi si ama.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
