Set in a quiet village location, less than 4 miles (10 minutes drive) from the Royal Town of Caernarfon. The annex is part of the main house, however it has its own access and amenities that include off road parking. 15 min drive from the foot of Mt.Snowdon. Ideal location to explore North Wales and UNESCO World Heritage Slate landscape. 10min drive to the beach at Dinas Dinlle, the picturesque villages of Beddgelert, Betws Y Coed, Portmeirion and the Isle of Anglesey only a short drive away.

'Cwtyn' - a Cute Country Cottage

Cwtyn is a detached,stone built former swill house,used to prepare pig feed in the 19th century. It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. Rural,peaceful and unique - a great base for exploring Snowdonia,Anglesey and Lleyn.

Based on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park , sited on our 7 1/2 acre smallholding, Fron Cabin, being 2 bedrooms, bedroom one with a kingsize bed and bedroom with twin beds, complete with hot tub, is a great base for relaxing and exploring North Wales and meeting our alpacas. Only 15 mins from the nearest beach, with Portmadog, Criccieth and Pwllheli within easy reach. Just 5 miles from the historic town of Caernarfon and 30 mins to Bangor. A great area for walking and exploring.
