Nestled in a Devon orchard with uninterrupted country views is our green wagon and hot tub.Oak lined,log burner,sleigh bed. Copper,brass,leather.High end luxury reconnecting with nature and each other on your own.Ensuite wet room and mini kitchen.Cosy local pubs,country walks or snuggle up in the wagon.Enjoy the fire pit,use the telescope,explore nearby Exeter,beaches and Dartmoor.Retreat,rest,relax.Perfect hygge.The communal area has a fire pit with pizza oven,and a double hammock for your use.

Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet alpacas 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

The Oaks spacious 5 bedroom modern barn conversion

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Country House & Own 34ft Private Heated Pool

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Little Church House - a gem in heart of village

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located village home in the heart of the Exe Valley. 1 Allocated parking space, plus parking in village square. Short distance (7 miles) to Exeter & Tiverton. Exmoor & Dartmoor (45 mins drive). Travel cot available charge of £20 (incl, bedding and linen) High chair available. Tea selection, coffee, cereals, bread, milk, (non dairy powder alternative) butter, bacon, eggs , jams, all provided. Please notify of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Hot tub is available for additional charge paid locally on arrival and must be booked at least 48hrs before arrival.
