Located between Quantico, DC, and historic downtown Fredericksburg, this basement suite is ideal for touring the area or visiting your Marine at the Quantico base (it’s about a 15 drive from the entrance to TBS). Space is private AFTER entering through our front door. We are located 10 minutes off of i95 and rt. 1 in a very safe, quiet, gated neighborhood. Great for stopping through on a road trip. We are waterfront on Aquia Creek, which opens to the Potomac River so come use our 2 kayaks!

This apartment is a unique space to work with, but we strive to provide a comfortable and budget friendly stay.

The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. The Inn at Dewberry.
