The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful luxury rustic resort getaway! The new Kalahari indoor waterpark, D.C., Richmond, Lake Anna, Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg battlefields, Kings Dominion, and the Raceway are all just a short drive away for vacationing fun! OR stay & play at the cabin with the hot tub, walking trails, firepit, outdoor games, bumper pool, arcade games, connect 4 hoops, theater room, and lots of places to relax! Boat& RV parking available. A little bug spray recommended.

Lodge on the Lake

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

A 90-min drive from DC, this cabin getaway will have you unwinding in tranquility. A hot tub offers views stretching 50mi to West Virginia on a clear day, and the closest neighbor is a half mile away. A truly private retreat comes w/ modern conveniences including: EV charger, smart devices, flat-screen TV, standing desk, wood burning stove & spa bathrobes.

Wellness Cabin W/ Hot tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge.

Soak in the cedar wood burning hot tub/cold plunge. Unwind in your private Sauna. Relax by a firepit with a pizza oven (dough, cheese, sauce, pepperoni supplied). Find some peace along the natural spring in the mediation/breathwork area. Hike/Bike on the trails. Put your feet up for a lovely outdoor projector movie night. River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.

Bison Farm - Cabin "Cielo"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Enjoy a tiny house on a lot of land! Inside the home, you’ll have a king bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, and comfy living space. Outside, a short walk on our private trail that winds through 6 acres of woods brings you to our dock on the Rappahannock River. Enjoy fishing, kayaking (one single, one double), or just sipping a beverage and watching the beautiful nature and wildlife around you. At Camp Cottontail, you’ll find a secluded rustic retreat with the modern comforts of home.

Recently restored 1790's log cabin with modern amenities on a 30 acre farm. Secluded wooded setting with pond view, less than 1,000 feet from main house and only 5 miles from downtown Culpeper with it's fine dining and quaint shops. Take a short drive to scenic Shenandoah hiking & biking trails, local vineyards and distilleries, Civil War sites, Commonwealth Equestrian Park, stroll around the farm or just unwind on the front porch or in front of the wood stove with a good book.
