The converted barn is set back from the Smithy with its own entrance, secure parking and a stunning private hot tub, it has two bedrooms & two en-suites. Luxury touches throughout.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Heswall, one bedroom apartment.

Beautiful, self contained, home from home accommodation. Generous welcome pack provided on arrival. Views over Wirral farmland. 100m to River Dee. 15 mins walk to picturesque Parkgate. 5 miles (10 mins drive) for guests travelling to Clatterbridge Hospital. 4 miles (10 mins) drive to Leahurst Equine Hospital. Quiet, semi rural location. Bars & restaurants Heswall (5 mins taxi). Access to Liverpool, Chester & North Wales. Heswall Golf Club - 2 mins away, Royal Liverpool - 15 mins drive

Peaceful cottage & garden in Cheshire village

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

Mersey Houseboat

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

King Bed Studio off-street parking and EV charger

A new built (2021) studio for visitors (single or a couple) to the South Liverpool area with access to transport links local tourist attractions. New for '23, overnight EV charger available (payable locally). The studio comprises all you need for a short stay (business or leisure); king size bed, work space, wardrobe and en-suite. Wi-fi and self check-in is Included. Restaurants, bars, local stores, Hope University and Lime Pictures are within walking distance.

Quaint & stunning 2 bedroom cottage dating back to 1824. Set in the iydillic village of Moore in Cheshire with great transport links to the North West. This is a great space for a couple, a family/group of friends. High-end finish 2 floor country cottage. Situated on the main road through the village the cottage is less than a 1 minute walk to the local gastro pub. Just around the corner is the historic Bridgewater canal.

The Bungalow, Rainhill

Completed in Jan 23 The Bungalow was originally intended as a self contained detached granny annexe, all on one level. Fully furnished to a high standard throughout, accommodation includes lounge/kitchen/dining area leading into a double bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Kitchen includes induction hob, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle & toaster. Smart TV’s in lounge and bedroom. WiFi
