Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

A charming, secluded stone house set on a hillside just a short drive from Korcula town. You will be surrounded by nature where you can relax on a terraced garden laiden with olive trees, and abundance of fruit trees and other carefully selected flowers.
