Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße in Sasel und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen und verbindet dadurch ruhiges, komfortables Wohnen mit der Infrastruktur einer Großstadt. In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Saseler Markt und das attraktive Alstertaleinkaufzentrum. Die Einfahrt hat 2 Carportplätze (bei Bedarf Platz für 3 weitere Autos)
