Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Jungle studio in a gated upscale community just 10 minutes to playa Mantas. The studio is on a larger property with 15k meters offering a very quiet, safe and comfortable stay. The studio is under our main home and is completely independent with covered parking on our gated property. The studio offers strong WIFI, AC, a small kitchen with stove top & hot water. The area has abundance of nature and we see tuucan, lapas & monkeys. There is a private hike with ocean on site…. It’s amazing!
