Charming old rural cottage "Linden"

My rural cottage is located in a quiet and charming place, in the middle of Val Nure, close to a river and among the woods :) About the parking, there is often the possibility to park close to the house but not always so the alternative would be to park on the side of the road which brings to the small village where my house is located. The walk takes 5 minutes. You can always park in front of the house to load and unload the car.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
