In our house we welcome and pamper our guests in a neat and friendly environment that is both relaxing and comfortable. Here they will really feel at home. We will accommodate our guests in self-contained flats, each one made up of two en suite bedrooms with TV, a kitchen, a living room, a garden and a garage. In addition to our warm hospitality, you will be offered a wealth of useful advice on how to make your stay both enjoyable and interesting. Our house is open to those who wish to enjoy an unforgettable experience of life in a typical Umbrian family. Families with children will find all the facilities and services they need in a cosy and easy-going atmosphere. Young couples and groups of friends will have the opportunity to enjoy a holiday of studying or fun, and will be able to get about even without a car. The sporty types who love touring by bicycle or practising outdoor sports can take advantage of the wonderful countryside for their trips, excursions, and activities. Perugino's Jasmine Tranquility and rest

The name of the house is dedicated to the fragrant white flowers of jasmine found in the garden, at the entrance. Città della Pieve is the birthplace of the famous artist Pietro Vannucci, known as Il Perugino and everywhere you can feel his passing, many of his works. Many events during the year: in August the spectacular "Palio dei Terzieri", in June the exciting "Infiorata artistica", in the Easter period the evocative "Quadri viventi", in the Christmas period the sweet "Monumental Nativity".
