CasaGilMa è a 3km dall'incantevole Arona e 20 km dall'aereoporto Malpensa o Stresa e le Isole Borromeo. CasaGilMa è un angolo di paradiso sul Lago Maggiore. Posizione strategica per chi ama l'attività sportiva o la quiete in vacanza.

La casa sul lago, relax e quiete meditativa, Orta

Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Situato all’ultimo piano di una palazzina dell’800, è stato appena ristrutturato ed è completo di ogni comfort (aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, tv, cucina completa di lavastoviglie). A pochi passi da casa troverete la fermata del traghetto per le isole Borromee, alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di pesce della zona, un noleggio di barche e una spiaggetta attrezzata.

Bars and shops at walking distance: there's even a nice Café right next to your house!
