Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

3 bedroom cottage with fabulous sea views.

The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

The Summer House

Unique holiday home a stones throw from Filey beach with wonderful beach views. This beautiful guest house is fresh, clean and has direct private access to the beach (two minute walk down to the beach , 25 minute walk into Filey town centre). A peaceful place to stay with your own self contained kitchen and bathroom. A perfect base for walking, exploring the area of simply relaxing whilst taking in the stunning beach views. A truly magical place to enjoy Filey.

Ramsdale Lodge Studio Annexe

Hi, Ramsdale Lodge Annex is a self contained spacious studio apartment attached to the main house with its own private entrance. We are conveniently situated just a 10 minute walk to the South Bay beach, and a 10 minute walk into town. We have on street parking available outside the property with parking permits provided free of charge. Just to point out there are some quite steep steps to the front of the house.

“Bay View” comfy, quiet area with Sea View @ PV

A comfortable caravan with all the home comforts to make your stay tranquil and relaxing: full kitchen & comfy seating, on a quiet area of park, with Books, games, DVD player / limited number of DVDs, Smart TV with Disney+ and unlimited WiFi (looking to update this), beach access, decking with furniture; chill with a cuppa or something special whilst enjoying a sea view and refreshing sea air.
