Soba Old town - novo uređeno

Soba Old Town nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Apartment is located in quiet place called Zecevo in close proximity of Rogoznica city. Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.

It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!
