Cosy 3 bedrooms apart by the lake with parking

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

The bus stop right below the building offers direct access to the city center and train station within 25 minutes. For those travelling by car, the highway is just a 5-minute drive away, with Lausanne city centre reachable in 10 minutes.

The 27 m2 terrace overlooks the lake from October to April.

The Loft is mainly used as an art studio during the year, sometimes as artist residence. It is located in a building that used to be an ice-cream factory that has been renewed few years ago.
