The beach of 3 Castelos is across the road. On floor 0 you have your parking spot in the garage access to the pool and beach. There is also a restaurant/snack-bar by the pool. The apartment has everything what you need including 2 balconies (facing South and facing West). The apartment is on the 15th floor.

Quiet neighborhood with very light traffic, palm trees, nicely gardened areas and lots of parking. The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 5 minute drive. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).
