This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa Dol is covered with all day lasting shadow provided by an old tree (Mediterranean hackberry), leaning on the front part of the house. Garden is wrapped in mesmerizing smell of rosemary, lavender and vividly coloured variety of flowers as well as bird's singing as part of natural sound surroundings fulfilled with silence and absence of car noise. The terrace made of stone is equipped with old-fashioned fireplace, including traditional Dalmatian bell for baking bread and preparing food.

U selu Dol, koje je udaljeno 10 min.hoda, nalaze se i dva restorana. Udaljeno 3 km se nalazi mjesto Postira, sa više prodavaonica, hotela, restorana, plaža, rekreacija za djecu. Gosti mogu uživati u šetnjema prirodom, grilanju, druženju.
