Euphoria Villa is located in Skala Fourkas a seaside place with a magical sunset for unforgettable summer holidays. It's 150m away from the beach with two courtyards and barbeque, outdoor shower and outdoor lounges. It is suitable for couples, friends and families. On the beach there are beach bars for sunbathing and dives into the clear blue sea just a minute away from the Villa. The center of the village has taverns to enjoy local greek food, bars, shops, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.

Lovely beachfront apartment with large terrace

The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Σπίτι στη Φούρκα πρώτο στη θάλασσα, θέα αυλή!

Το σπίτι είναι 30 τ.μ., πρώτο στη θάλασσα, οπίσθιο, βλέπει στην αυλή και όχι θάλασσα! Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κέντρο και τα μαγαζιά. Δε χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο καθόλου! Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα μονό κρεβάτι, ένα πάρκο- κρεβάτι για μωρά, μια σαλοκουζίνα με δύο καναπέδες κρεβάτια, ένα υπέρδιπλο με μηχανισμό και ένα μονό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ευρύχωρο μπάνιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων. Ο κήπος του καταλήγει στη θάλασσα χωρίς να μεσολαβεί δρόμος!!! Υπέροχες και ξέγνοιαστες στιγμές στο κύμα!!

Πρόκειται για ένα καινούργιο, όμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα στην Κασσάνδρεια Χαλκιδικής. Το ξεχωριστό που εχει να προσφέρει αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν οι επισκέπτες είτε για χαλάρωση είτε για παιχνίδι σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν παιδιά. Το μπαλκόνι διαθέτει μεγάλο τραπέζι, δύο ξαπλώστρες και όμορφη θέα στο πράσινο της Κασσάνδρειας και στο χωριό. Views of all views come and enjoy this 1 bedroom.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.
