Paul’s apartment is so comfortable and spacious. We were two couples traveling together and we really enjoyed the full living room area to relax and visit in. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and every appliance we needed. Joana checked us in and she was so friendly. She left us fruit and bread and wine and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The apartment has some smells in the loft bedroom and the staircase if you don’t use the elevator. It’s probably due to the old building with ventilation issues. Overall, this was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in.

Our small group had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and well-equipped. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail, which made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wszystko super, nie mieliśmy prądu na chwilę i skontaktowaliśmy się z właścicielem, od razu odpowiedział i bardzo nam pomógł. Piękne mieszkanie w świetnym miejscu!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement spacieux, lumineux (vue dégagée du balcon), bien équipé, au calme et idéalement situé pour visiter Porto ou se rendre à la gare (15 mn à pied) pour découvrir les environs très jolis. Par ailleurs, Miguel est très prévenant et à l'écoute et nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'avoir comme à l'hôtel un flacon de savon/shampoing dans chaque salle de bain. La décoration est très sympa. Nous conseillons donc ce logement.

We had a great stay at Sao Bento- the apartment is a good size and well proportioned, and has a funky modern feel to it. The lift takes you directly to the door of the apartment and gives you a real sense of privacy. There are good restaurants and and supermarkets in walkable distance and a Telpark multi-storey car park 2 minutes walk away. Central Lisbon is a 20 min walk away; just factor the hills in to your journey times…😊

I think it’s a great apartment. I agree with other reviews that it’s quite a climb to get to the apartment as there is no lift. However you get great views once you are there. I think the description now needs to have “ recently renovated “ removed as it is now starting to look “well used ” and not “fresh” as expected, especially the jacuzzi and some of the shower sealants etc. Very peaceful residential location, requiring Uber to take us to whatever restaurant / tourist location we were looking to go to, during the day / evening. All 5-10 euros away, so not a problem. Great host, with excellent communication and super simple check in / out. I would stay again. As a note, I would agree with last 6 months reviews and I have therefore not sought to duplicate their comments.

Ich kann durchweg nur Gutes von dieser Unterkunft berichten. Wir haben das hübsche Apartment sehr kurzfristig gebucht, nachdem unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Air BnB Unterkunft eine Stunde vor Check In von unserem Host storniert wurde - und das in der absoluten Hochsaison! Wir waren so verzweifelt und haben Stunden am Flughafen verbracht um noch irgendeine Unterkunft zu finden - denn selbst die Hotels waren inzwischen ausgebucht. Und dann: um 20:30 Uhr fanden wir endlich dieses Apartment in bester Lage in Porto gefunden. Wir schilderten dem Gastgeber unsere Situation und uns wurde superschnell freundlich geantwortet, dass das Apartment noch frei wäre und man uns sehr gerne empfangen würde. Und es war wirklich ein absolutes Glück im Unglück - denn dieses Apartment war sowohl von der Ausstattung, als auch von der Lage her viel schöner und besser als unsere ursprünglich gebuchte AirBnB Wohnung. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das superbequeme Bett mit echt gemütlichen Kissen. Auch die Kombination aus einem eigenen Außenbereich + Balkon ist wirklich toll. Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar! Man wohnt quasi inmitten der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von dem Trubel der Straßen bekommt man nicht viel mit, da alle Zimmer in einen ruhigeren Innenhof gelegen sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von Tripas Coracao verlief absolut reibungslos und super unkompliziert. Besonders Ines hatte stets einen Tipp für uns parat. Nochmal von Herzen DANKE an das ganze Team, dass ihr uns in dieser absoluten Notsituation geholfen habt! 🙏🏼

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful view of the ocean. We loved being so close to the sea and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even better. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to return!! Thank you Paul

Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft waren sehr schön. Weil wir an dem Tag angereist waren, an dem der große Stromausfall in Spanien und Portugal war, hat uns der Host überall Kerzen hingestellt damit wir Licht hatten. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen . Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes Haus, gute Lage. Kommunikation mit GuestReady einfach, man kriegt schnell eine Antwort. Die Küche war nicht ganz sauber, als wir angekommen sind. Es fehlten auch die einfachsten Sachen, die für mich selbstverständlich sind, wie z.B. Salz, Kaffe, Öl, etc. Die Badezimmer sind schon renovierungsbedürftig. Wenn man drüber hinweg sieht, ist sonst ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Be prepared to walk a lot of hills if you haven’t got a car but very easy to get to if you enjoy walking! The house itself is amazing. Beautiful views when at home or walking, easy transport access and a great space. Everyone loved being in the house and it was a very comfy stay. Would recommend and looking forward to being back.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Gostámos muito do espaços e de todas as condições, exceto o excesso de luz em alguns quartos. Ainda assim esse pormenor não estragou a experiência, que foi fantástica. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi rápida e simpática resolvendo as dúvidas que apresentei. O preço pago foi claramente um factor positivo, dadas todas as condições disponibilizadas. Aconselho.

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

PROS: Excelente apartamento, amplio, muy bien descrito y fiel a fotografías. Zona muy buena cercana a restaurantes, parques, museos y transporte público. Tiene en la puerta un pequeño supermercado y un parking subterráneo. Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción (fuimos en semana Santa y no hizo falta encenderla, el apartamento tiene muy buena temperatura). Tiene instalado un termo de agua eléctrico de gran capacidad y suficiente para usar ambas duchas a la vez. También incluye Nespresso CONS: TV antigua y un poco pequeña. Hay que subir unas escaleras para coger el ascensor. Estuvimos muy agusto, la propietaria fue muy amable, nos dejó preparada una cesta con vino, café, galletas y otros snacks. Había pastilla para lavadora y lavavajillas. La lavadora/secadora funcionaba perfectamente. Además nos recomendó negocios locales y nos orientó para llegar al centro. Volveríamos sin duda. Gran experiencia.

Beautiful flat! Amazing sea view. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything is exactly as described and on the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy vibes. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 plus a baby. They offer so many things for kids which was perfect for our son. The supermarket is close, within a 5min walk you are at the beach, nice restaurants around, private parking is a plus. Communication was easy, kitchen well equipped. There is really nothing that we did not like about the flat. If you are sensible for noise, you should not that you can hear everything from the street. At this time of the year, we did not mind hearing a car passing by or people talking. But i guess if maybe in summer it’s really touristic, it could be different. That’s really the only thing I would mention. For us, it was no problem and we are looking forward to come back one day. Thanks for this beautiful time there 🤗

We stayed at Chiara's condo in March 2025. The keyless entry was very nice as we did not have to worry about keys, however, keys were also made available to us. The condo was as described and we loved the cool vibe that her decor provided! The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, little supermarkets and attractions. Chiara provided us with a list of "must see" attractions and her favourite restaurants. She arranged an airport transfer for us which we appreciated very much! If we should travel to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here and will also recommend her condo to friends who may be travelling to the city!

Très propre, bonnes prestations, très comfortable, super emplacement, belle vue, entrée autonome moderne. Je recommande ! L’organisation pour l’accès au parking est malheureusement un peu compliquée: il faut préalablement rentrer dans l’appartement pour prendre le ticket du parking et c’est compliqué de se garer dans les ruelles à proximité de l’immeuble pour prendre le ticket et ensuite aller se garer. Je présume que c’est la seule organisation possible.

Si vous recherchez à Lisbonne un hébergement confortable, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, l’appartement d’Edite vous comblera. Le quartier Santos est très agréable. On y trouve tous les services nécessaires. Nous avons particulièrement été séduits par les beaux cafés et les bons restaurants à proximité. Il est facile de se déplacer ( marche, autobus, tram, métro) vers les autres quartiers de Lisbonne et de nombreux sites d’intérêt. Nous voulons souligner l’accueil, la disponibilité et l’hospitalité d’Edite. Elle est une hôte qui interagit rapidement, avec laquelle il est aisé de communiquer, qui a vraiment à cœur le bien-être et la satisfaction de ses clients. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par sa fille Inès qui est très sympathique et avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à échanger. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait. Edite est venue nous saluer la veille de notre départ. Nous conserverons un excellent souvenir de notre trop court séjour dans cet appartement.

Todo impecable! Muy recomendable. La ubicación está buena, muy cerca de locales para comer y hacer cosas, y sin embargo una pequeña distancia para tener noches las tranquilas. Por poner un detalle, la distancia al centro requiere de una caminata o tomar transporte. En lo personal no afectó porque disfrutamos la caminata.
