Gorgeous, large, light and airy, this house sleeps up to 13 guests. 2 parking spaces Plenty of room for two families, this property is very light and spacious with high ceilings and a large kitchen. The decor is funky, bright and fun. There are incredible views from the front rooms. Two patio areas. A short downhill walk to town. Close to Porthminster beach IMPORTANT!! Our modern apartment is located above Porthminster Beach and has large windows with panoramic views over the beach and St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage.
