Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Newly renovated, bright and spacious 1 bedroom flat just off the high street in Penzance. New, high quality king size bed, "hotel" style fresh cotton linens and towels. There's a fully functional kitchen, coffee machine etc and great artwork from local artists. Perfectly located and a great base to explore west Cornwall. A stone's throw from the train station, the bus station, the town and the harbour. There is also a large car park 50 metres away which is reasonably cheap but FREE overnight.
