Port Melbourne Apartment with Secure Parking

Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. Our first review: "Excellent apartment, very clean, spacious and very modern, Great location close to many cafes and restaurants near big grocery stores, 5 min walk to the beach and bike rentals very close to public transportation. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Experience solitude in this freestanding custom-designed space with high vaulted ceilings, transoms, and sliding windows. Gaze out across the canopy from the corner of this light and open-plan loft amid modern furnishings and natural charm. Free parking available under the Treehouse suitable for small/ medium car. Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Train station is a two minute walk or if you are in a hurry, trams are a drop punt away! Once you arrive, no need to drive, as an array of hip cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Stroll and discover the vibrant nightlife of Chapel and Greville streets.
