Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

Ground floor features living & dining area, kitchen, a twin room, a single room & family shower room. Access onto the balcony from the living/dining area with BBQ. Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee.

The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

Thyme at the Old Herbery

A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!

From the entrance, Mariners looks like a charming little beach bungalow. But, step through the doors into two spacious floors of complete calm and serenity. With views from almost every room, moments from the water’s edge, and a crackling fire for those cosy nights. This is coastal Cornwall at its best!
