Woodside Cottage Exmoor National Park

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway located on a bridleway in Hawkcombe Woods within Exmoor National Park - with hundreds of miles of walks literally on your doorstep. The cottage is about 1.5km from the South West Coast path - an easy detour. If you want to unwind at the end of the day, Porlock - with its fantastic pubs, tea-rooms and restaurants - is a short and easy walk away. Woodside Cottage has good wi-fi, gas central heating and all appliances that you might need. Dog welcome

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Situated at the foot of North Hill in a no-through lane on the edge of Exmoor yet within a pleasant 1.5-mile walk of Minehead with its pubs, restaurants, steam railway, and sandy beach. The lane leads to a footpath that meanders up North Hill to meet the South-West coastal path. Quiet with fabulous views and a large garden. Ideal for families and walkers alike!
