House by the Beach – Spectacular sea views & pool

Welcome to our house by the sea with spectacular sea view roof terass and two en-suite bedrooms. The condominium features a large swimming pool for adults as well as a separate pool for children. There are three outdoor seating areas (two with sea views), plus a balcony off the master suite—also with spectacular sea views—making this the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new… And it looks fabulous! New windows as well, insulated and safe. AC in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find the living room and a brand-new kitchen (electric stove and oven), as well as a guest WC. There is a small tiled garden with a green hedge, facing the ocean, featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ area. On the other side of the house, there is a north-facing, gated, shaded outdoor area—perfect for hot days. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one sleeps two, and the other sleeps four (queen-size bed plus sofa bed). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace. The house has been renovated and is newly furnished in light, cheerful colors, with unique pieces throughout. We hope you will feel right at home. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with everything you might need: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, juicer, kettle, mixer, and more.

Procura tranquilidade, conforto e privacidade, então esta moradia é o ideal para si e para a sua família ou grupo de amigos. Tem capacidade até 6 adultos, 2 crianças e 1 bebé. Pode deixar o carro na garagem pois esta moradia fica perto de tudo o que necessita nas suas férias, 500 metros da praia (8 minutos a pé), 20 metros do supermercado e pastelarias nos arredores. Armação de Pêra fica na zona central do Algarve, 15 minutos de Albufeira e de Portimão. Perto do Zoomarine e de parques Aquáticos.

Die Quinta Avalon befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönsten Strände, die die Algarve zu bieten hat, nahe dem traditionellen Dorf Porches, zwischen Portimão und Albufeira, in einer malerischen Landschaft. Entspannt euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Solltet ihr allerdings Probleme mit der Anwesenheit von Hunden und Katzen haben, so würden wir euch eher von einer Buchung auf unserer Quinta abraten, da sich alle unsere Tiere frei auf unserem gesamten Gelände aufhalten.

Nice duplex apartment in the Algarvian countryside and close to the coast (8 minutes from the closest beach) located in a calm and relaxing condominium with a swimming pool for adults and one for children, many green areas. On the first floor: WC, kitchen opened on the dining and living room, fireplace, big terrace opened on a beautiful garden with country views. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a TV) with balconies and a bathroom. We provide WIFI, air conditionings and heaters.

Villa Esperança is a dream come true. Just freshly rebuilt, it sits in a prime location right next to Cova Redonda Beach.
