Apartamento tipo estúdio com vista mar, localizado em Armação de Pera, foi totalmente remodelado com linhas elegantes e minimalistas. O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a 50 metros da praia e próximo dos restaurantes, lojas e serviços. A cozinha está equipada com frigorifico, micro-ondas, torradeira, máquina de café, etc. Está também equipado com smartTV, Wi-Fi, TV-Cabo, ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, toalhas e lençóis. O edifício não tem elevador.

Vários supermercados e restaurantes nas proximidades. A estadia não inclui acesso às piscinas existentes no condomínio.
